BF3 LE & Back To Karkand DLC will include the following maps:  Wake Island, Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman and Sharqi Peninsula.  Source

Now, why there isn't any Jalalabad is anyone's guess.  Not pulling the trigger on Jello could mean three things.  It will be available via patch.  It will be available via DLC.  It may not be available at any date.  The last option would be ridiculous and I can't see it happening.  It's most likely one of the first two.

Foxxy from PR forums obviously had hawk eyes.  I've always dug this sort of thing.  I found it only added to the Battlefield experience.  Unsure if this will only be a single player map or a multiplayer one as well.
